Open Court means Open Courts

Result: Section 53 of the Health Professions Act does not displace the presumption of open courts when a party is trying to redact the names of medical professionals who have made complaints, especially when the complaints have been filed in open court.

What it means for my client: the medical professionals, some using intuition, making reports and accusations cannot hide behind legislation.
